Easy Scrambled Eggs Recipe


2 Eggs

1 Teaspoon butter

¼ Teaspoon water

Salt and Pepper to taste


Crack eggs into a bowl and add water. Scramble until smooth.

Preheat frying pan for one minute over just below medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan with butter. Pour in the egg mixture and keep it moving with your spatula until the eggs are cooked as moist or dry as you like it

Salt and pepper to taste.
