1/2 Cup shredded cheese
1/2 Teaspoon water
1 Teaspoon butter
Heat small fry pan over medium heat. Crack eggs into bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon water and beat egg mixture.
Spread teaspoon of butter over bottom of pan.
Add egg mixture to pan. Allow mixture to cook solid on the bottom. (When you look through the clear egg windows and they appear yellow or white on the bottom, that means the bottom of the egg mixture is cooked.)
Add the cheese to half of the egg mixture. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Lift the lid. If the cheese is melted and the egg mixture is solid, your omelet is ready for the next step. If not, recover for 2 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted and the egg mixture is solid, fold the egg-only side over onto the cheese-covered side.
