1 6 Ounce can of shrimp (any size shrimp is fine, small is most economical)
2 Tablespoons minced red onion (sweet, yellow or white are ok, too)
2 Tablespoons minced celery
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
2-3 Tablespoons of mayonnaise (add to taste)
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
Open can of shrimp, drain off water and put in small mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and mush and mix it with a fork. Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, curry powder and sugar. Mince the celery and onion and stir everything together until well blended.
Serve on bread, garden salad or any other way you can imagine.
