1 English muffin toasted light brown
2 Tablespoons minced celery
2 Tablespoons minced red onion
1 Tablespoon minced fresh dill (optional) (you can also use 1/4 teaspoon dried dill)
1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 Cup shredded cheese (or you can use 2 cheese squares)
5 Ounce can of tuna
Preheat oven to 400 degrees on bake with the rack in the center position.
Drain water or oil from tuna and put tuna in a mixing bowl. Mince the celery, red onion and dill and place in bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise, garlic powder and pepper.
Put tuna on each toasted English muffin half. Top with cheese. Cover banking pan with foil and place English muffins on the. Put in oven and bake until the cheese is melted. Should take 5-8 minutes.
