1 6 Ounce can of shrimp (any size shrimp is fine, small is most economical)
2 Tablespoons minced red onion (sweet, yellow or white are ok, too)
2 Tablespoons minced celery
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise (add to taste)
Open can of shrimp, drain off water and put in small mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and mush and mix it with a fork. Stir in garlic and black pepper. Mince the celery and onion and stir everything together until well blended.
Serve on bread, garden salad or any other way you can imagine.
