1 5-ounce can of the best tuna you can afford
2 Tablespoons minced red onion (sweet or yellow onion are ok, too)
2 Tablespoons minced celery
1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons minced fresh dill (or 1/8 teaspoon dried dill, optional)
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise (to your taste)
Open can of tuna, strain out water or oil, and put in a bowl. Finely mince celery and red onion and place in bowl. Add black pepper and garlic powder. Stir in mayonnaise.
Serve on bread of your choice, garden salad or in a tuna melt.
