Garlic Lovers Garlic, Herb & Olive Oil Bread Dip

4 Garlic cloves
1 Sprig basil
1 Sprig rosemary
1 Sprig oregano
1 Bunch of parsley (minces to about 1/2 cup)
(Note: If you can’t find all of these fresh herbs use parsley and any combination of the other herbs that you can get.)
1/2 Teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup olive oil
Sliced baguette or French bread
Crush or finely mince garlic cloves into a 3/4 cup bowl. Rinse fresh herbs, remove leaves from stems and mince or place in food process and chop until finely minced — should take about thirty seconds.
Pour minced or processed herbs over crushed or finely minced garlic in small bowl. Add salt and white wine vinegar. Pour olive oil into mix nearly to the top of the bowl. Stir ingredients together. Serve with sliced baguette or French bread.
