1 6 ounce can medium shrimp
¼ Cup minced sweet onion
1 Celery stalk
2-3 Cloves garlic
¼ Teaspoon Italian seasonings (optional)
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1 Box Angel hair or thin spaghetti (cooks faster)
Water to boil the spaghetti in
Rinse off the celery stalk and mince it and the onion and put them in your frying pan. Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them. Open the can of shrimp and drain it in a trash can or other place where people and animals won’t come in contact with it.
Start heating up the water to cook the spaghetti in. When the water is close to boiling, prepare the scampi sauce.
Place frying pan over medium heat. Add butter, olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasonings to onion and celery in the frying pan. Place over medium heat and saute. Start the spaghetti. When the onions just start to appear translucent and all the sauce ingredients are heated up, the sauce is ready.
Serve sauce on pasta.
