Grilled Cheese & Tomato Sandwich Recipe



2 Slices hearty wheat bread

1/2-3/4 Cup shredded cheese (flavor of your choice)

2 Campari tomatoes or one small tomato

1 Tablespoon butter


Remove stem part from tomatoes and cut into slices.

Place half of cheese on a piece of bread. Place tomato slices on top of cheese. Cover tomatoes with other half of cheese. Place second piece of bread on top.

Preheat small frying pan at just under medium heat. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in pan. Place sandwich in pan and slide around to soak up butter. Grill for five minutes.

After five minutes, carefully turn the sandwich over and grill another five minutes. The sandwich is done.
