1 Ripe avocado

1/4 Cup sweet onion

1/2 Lime

1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

1/4 Teaspoon salt

Sprinkle of Cumin (Optional)


Finely chop 1/4 cup sweet onion and put in a bowl. Squeeze 1/2 lime onto it. Add 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce, 1/4 teaspoons salt, and sprinkle Cumin on top of the mix. Slice one ripe avocado lengthwise. Remove skin and nut. Use a fork to mush up the avocado and stir it into the mixture. Serve with corn chips or on traditional Mexican food and sandwiches.
