Filet of Plant-based Fish Sandwich
1 Package plant-based breaded fish filets
¼ Cup shredded cheese (or one cheese square)
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoons sweet relish
1 Hamburger bun
Mix the mayonnaise and sweet relish. Toast the bun. Bake the fish filets according to the directions on the package. Bake enough to fill the bun. Make sure to flip the fish filets half way through the cooking time.
When the plant-based fish is ready, put cheese on the bottom of the bun, place the fish filets on top of it and top it all off with the tartar sauce and bun top.
