How to Make a Plant-Based Spicy Bean Burger Burrito Recipe


Plant-Based Spicy Bean Burger and Beans Burrito


1 Spicy black bean burger (or other spicy veggie burger)

½ Cup refried beans

½ Cup diced tomato

¼ Cup minced cilantro

½ Cup diced sweet onion

¼ Cup shredded cheese

2 Tablespoons sour cream

Hot sauce to taste

2 Medium flour tortillas


Rinse off the cilantro and tomato. Mince the cilantro and dice the tomato. Peel and dice the sweet onion. Combine ingredients and stir to even consistency.

Preheat frying pan over medium heat. Add defrosted spicy bean burger. Crumble it as it browns. Stir in refried beans and warm the mixture to serving temperature.

Preheat a small frying pan over medium heat and warm but don’t brown the tortillas.

Spoon the bean burger and beans mixture onto a tortilla.  Add the pico de gallo, sour cream and shredded cheese. Fold the tortilla and add hot sauce to the top. The burrito is ready to serve!
