1 Small can shrimp
1 Hotdog roll (any sandwich bread is fine)
¼ Cup minced sweet onion (any type of onion is fine)
1 Celery stalk
2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Open and drain water from shrimp – in an area away from where people walk or eat to avoid attracting ants. Put shrimp on mixing plate. Cut the celery stalk lengthwise, mince it and put it in with the shrimp. Mince the onion and do the same. Dice a slice of tomato. Mix the shrimp, celery and onion with the mayonnaise. Crush the shrimp as you mix it. Stuff the roll with the shrimp salad. Top with the diced tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
