How To Make a Steak Spice Rub

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoons salt

1 Teaspoon sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Oregano

1 Teaspoon onion powder (not onion salt)

1 Teaspoon black pepper

1 Teaspoon cumin

1 Teaspoon paprika

2 Cloves garlic

1 Tablespoon butter

Instructions:

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust spices to your taste. Crush or finely mince the garlic cloves into the dry spice mix. Add butter.
