2 Hotdog rolls
3 Tablespoons butter
¼ Cup minced sweet onion
Score the hotdogs diagonally about every inch and a half. Mince the onion. Lightly butter the insides of the rolls so they can be grilled.
Carefully light your propane stove. Put it on medium. Coat pan with 1 teaspoon of butter. Put hotdogs in the butter and grill them, making sure to roll them often so they grill evenly. They’re done when they’re blackened. When the hotdogs are just about done, toast the rolls face-down in another pan.
