1 Can solid white albacore tuna in water
¼ Cup celery minced
1 or 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ Teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt (optional)
2 Pieces bread
Salt and black pepper to taste
Rinse off the celery stalk and mince it. Open the tuna can and drain the water or oil. Mix the tuna and celery with the mayonnaise, Italian seasonings and garlic powder. Be sparing initially with the Italian seasonings then add more if you need it.
Serve it on bread.
