1 Small can corn
1 Can Chili with or without beans
1 Can hot green chilis (optional)
¼ Cup shredded cheese
1/3 Cup diced onion
Open the can of chili and place in pan over medium heat. Drain the can of corn and add half of the corn to the chili. Drain the hot green chilis and stir in chili to taste. Cover the pan and check occasionally to see if it’s hot. Dice the onion.
When the chili is hot, serve topped with shredded cheese and onion.
