Sausage, Egg and Cheese Crescent Breakfast Sandwich
1/5 Pound ground sausage – regular or hot
¼ Cup shredded cheese
1 Teaspoon butter
Preheat frying pan over medium heat for one minute. Coat pan with butter. Brown sausage pattie. When the juices run clear, flip it. When the juices run clear again, it’s done. Crack the egg in the pan and scramble it up.
Build the sandwich on the crescent with sausage on the bottom, egg in the middle and cheese on top.
